Can't View Any Videos in library after update for Realtimes

After update to Realtimes 18, my 800+ videos on my PC and in the cloud do not appear in the library.  My playlists do appear as before the update.

  Can you please sign out of RealPlayer, restart your computer and sign back into RealPlayer?

  If the videos still don't show up, please let us know.

  I tried restarting laptop, but still had no videos displayed in library. I had to restore to previous Realtimes version, I have two laptops on older release of Relatimes and one still running the very old version of RealPlayer which I still like best for video playlists.
