real player sign in

I can't sign in to real player. It tells me there is no connection and to restart my computer I've tried that and it doesn't work.I can't find any tech support.

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
