Question about posting GIF pictures

After I post a GIF picture, there is no animation. It appears on screen as a still picture.

  Can you please describe where you are posting the GIF files?

  GIF files are not video files. You can only add video files under Video tab.You can add them to the library and view it under Photos tab.
