  I am nit pleased at the difficulty of using this program.  If I cannot use it then I will expect a refund.

  Dieter,

  If you want to play MP4 files, you will need to right click on the file and click Add to RealPlayer and then go to RealPlayer's Library tab to play it or you can simply right click on the file and click Open.
