Installation of Real Player plus failing

I keep getting the message:

Play pack not verified as authentic.  Check computer clock - all done and correct

ERROR  CERT-AUTH-FAILED

Frustrated trying different things even changing time to UK as I live in caribbean but can't see why the time matters for this.
