Please refund my over payment that got deducted from my account in addition to my already paid amount once for all

To Whom it may concern !

I had to pay for once for all subscription charges for which many days ago I tried to pay through my one debit card but due to lack of funds in that account I then paid through another account through its debit card and I had paid the subscription once for all, but today due to availability of funds in my account which I tried first to pay your site again took funds, so please refund my extra subscription charges that got deducted today from my account as I had already paid through my other account.

  We see that you purchased RealPlayer Downloader Express on 12/15/2019. We are not seeing a duplicate purchase under your email address. Do you have an alternate email address?
