downloaded videos will not play on my realtime roku app
A week and a half ago my downloaded videos would no longer play on my realtime roku app. I have deleted and reloaded the app with new codes multiple times of several different day with no success. Also, please delete the primary email address on this account and replace it with the alternate address as the primary is no longer active. Thank you.
