says can't authenticate, my date and time are off? Its not, so I'm assuming the new update is not 2020 compliant.

Am disappointed with realplayer. Have had subscription for years and have been able to burn to discs with no problem, until now. I'm getting the same error message when I try to download the software app to burn videos. Why I have to download this software now since I've had no problems in the past is a puzzle. Anyway, I hope the realplayer folks can address this without delay. The error code says CERT_AUTH_FAILED. If not, what the hell am I paying for?
