your uploaded video is being processed message
I keep getting these messages when I try to play a video that I've uploaded to the cloud. I've been getting these messages for three days now, and it still isn't playing. What do I need to do to correct this?

Yeah... I'm getting the same message for about a week now and no one from Real Player has responded to my request. If you find a solution, please let me know.
