RealPlayer Cloud videos will not play.
I keep getting a message. Video is being prepared. But it won't play any video stored in the Cloud. Michael Stone.

nothing is working I cant play the videos in my library when I try to share I cant it has went from being a great app to a nightmare its went on for months and I have just ignored it but I don't see why I should go on paying for something that's not doing what it used to do please help as I loved it when it worked for me

Same problem here. It doesn't matter what utility I use, Phone, Laptop, or Desktop. Nothing in the cloud plays, it just prepares for ever.

Are you still experiencing this issue or did they fix it for you? Sounds like the same problem I'm having - it used to be only certain file types that I would get these errors on, but over the last couple of weeks I get it for everything, even the proprietary Real Media HD files.
