Videos not playing on my iphone or my desktop

Last week all of my videos were playing.  This week half of my videos were not playing.  I reloaded realtimes on my iphone hoping this would fix the problem. Now none of my videos will play.  I keep getting one of these two messages:

"Optimizing Video  Your uploaded video is being prepared for this device.  Try again in 48 (or 60) seconds."  or

"Inadequate Connection.  This video cannot be played."
