  hey i can't help ya but i was wondering if, other than this response, you got anything? i can't find a #  or place to comunicate w tech support. ie is Real Player having problems or is it me? good luck!

  Can you please let us know the following:

  1. What error message do you see when you burn CDs?

  2. What option are you choosing? Audio CD or MP3?
