It was really nice downloading You Tube for a few Days !!!! Hoping that I will be able to Download again Soon

  We are working on resolving this issue. Our engineers are looking into it. In the meanwhile, can you please provide the following information:

  1. URL of the video you are not able to download.

  2. Which web browser you are using to download?

  3. What is the version of RealPlayer installed?

  We are able to download all videos so far so it is being difficult to identify the root cause. Your information would help us identify the problem.
