realplayer plus crashes when a music viedeo is to be played

Hello to everybody, this is my first post here. when I want to have played a music video, downloaded from YouTube, the realplayer crashes and Nothing works anymore. Then I leave the program and after a while I can start the realplayer again.

Windows 10 and the latest RealPlayer version.

I would be very happy if someone could help me. Thank you in advance.

some days ago I booked an upgrade from free to plus version of the reaLplayer.

  Please follow these steps to resolve your issue.

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. Click the RealPlayer logo, then Preferences. 
  3. In the Category pane, select Hardware.

  - Under Video Card Compatibility, move the slider bar Most reliable.
  - Click OK twice to save the changes.
  - Close out of RealPlayer, restart RealPlayer.

  Thank you so much for your comment. It has apparently solved the Problem.

  The solution seems to be quite easy but you must have the appropriate Knowledge and the correct idea. You've been very helpful, thank you again.
