No videos to download on this page bug

I can not download youtube videos but I can down load porn?  What kind of sick joke is this?

  Our engineering team is looking into it. We will email you as soon as it is resolved. In the meanwhile could you please provide us with the following information:

  1. URL of the video you are unable to download.

  2. Which web browser are you using to download videos?

  We are able to download all videos in our lab so having this information will help us to identify the issue.

  Also, can you please provide us with the following information:

  1. Open a Windows Folder.
  2. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  3. Look for a file named videodl.exe.
  4. Right click on this file and click Properties --> Details tab
  5. Please let me know what the file version reads as?

  ALL youtube videos, but oddly porn sites work.

  Google chrome and Bing both have the same problem

  Oh I did hit Restart Downloader  AND reinstall the program.  Bug not solved.
