After selecting a downloaded video to play the realplayer stops working totally

    We are aware of an issue and our engineering team is looking into it. We will email you as soon as it is resolved. In the meanwhile could you please provide us with the following information:

    1. URL of the video you are unable to download.

    2. Which web browser are you using to download videos?

    We are able to download all videos in our lab so having this information will help us to identify the issue.

    To your requests:

    The Problem is not the download of a Video. Each Video of the library causes a breakdown of the Realplayer no matter where it has been coming from. 

    Any Access on an entry  of the library causes that breakdown.

    Then I close the App and after a while I can again open the RealPlayer.

    I hope that Information will help you solving that Problem.
