Again , You Tube Downloaded for a Couple of Days .Just stopped . Will you Guys ever get this problem Fixed ?

  Nicola,

  Can you please provide us with the following information:

  1. Open a Windows Folder.
  2. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  3. Look for a file named videodl.exe.
  4. Right click on this file and click Properties --> Details tab
  5. Please let me know what the file version reads as?
