Edited video title/captions
Hi,
When updating from windows 7 to windows 10 I have had to update my real Cloud player to the new near player. All of my videos in my library are now named "mediafile#######.mp4"
How do I get the names/titles back?

Are these videos stored in the Cloud or in your PC's hard disk? If these videos are in your PC's hard disk, please do this:
1. Open RealPlayer.
2. Click Library --> PC.
3. Right click on a video that reads as "mediafile......mp4" and click Locate file.
4. This will open the folder where the file is actually stored.
Please let us know what the file name there shows as.
Anyway, please let us know where these files are (Cloud or PC's hard disk)

The videos are stored locally on my hard drive. If i locate them on my hard drive they are also named the same i.e. mediafile#######.mp4. There is a mix of mp4 and real player formats though.
If i download and use real player 16 when I search and add the files from my hard drive into the library, the names/titles for the real player format come back but not the mp4 videos.
Then when I download the latest Real Player again it loses all names/titles again0 -
We sent you an email. We'll take it from there.
