    We thank you for your patience while we were able to resolve the Downloader issue. Please follow these steps to update your Downloader.

    1. Type Internet Options in the Windows search bar or open Internet Explorer and click Internet Options.
    2. Under Browsing History, click Delete and Delete again when prompted.
    3. Click OK and close Internet Options/Internet Explorer.
    4. Open one of the web browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge) and go to YouTube.com.
    5. Click the Download This Video button. (You will still receive "No videos to download" message at this time)
    6. Close all Windows and restart your PC.
    7. Go back to your web browser and download a video. (You should be able to download videos again)

    Can you please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and look for a file name videodl.exe. Can you please right click on it and go to Properties. I would like you to click the Details tab and let us know what the Product Version is? 

    Please note: It should be 2020.01.24

    I have been with Real Player for more years that I can remember! Through all this time there has been a few glitches and they have taken care of it very quickly! Now I find that the Plus I paid for is not giving me what it was supposed too! I guess Tech support isn't making any money so they took Plus away and want customers to pay $3.99 a month for something we don't need! I never even used the 25 meg storage they gave with Plus. I'm sorry guy's if your not making any money, but start doing your job and advertise your software so people will want to join our family! Yes I am mad and hurt at the same time! Give me my RealPlayer back!

    We already sent you an email with your account details. We do see you are a paid user. Our email has instructions to sign into your RealPlayer to activate your Plus again.
