"No videos to download" on All Websites
I am getting "No videos to download" on All Websites using Google Chrome, Chrome incognito, Internet Explorer 11 and in Microsoft Edge.
I download regularly after purchasing the RealMedia HD a couple of months ago. Downloader has been working fine up until weeks ago and just cannot find any videos on all websites and all browsers mentioned above. I have cleared my cookies and cache in each browser and restarted my computer as per instructions on the main page, still nothing. Please help. I have updated my Windows 10 but no change:
2020-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4532695) was loaded today and no change in Downloader finding YouTube videos that are public and not copyrighted.

Can you please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and look for a file name videodl.exe. Can you please right click on it and go to Properties. We would like you to click the Details tab and let us know what the Product Version is?
Please note: It should be 2020.01.24
