can not sign in or upload content

Shows as not signed in but some of my videos are there but it will not let me add new or as I said let me sign in  been this way for weeks.  I am paying for this and it is not working   Please advise

  Can you please let us know what happens when you sign in? Are you seeing any error messages? Your 100GB account is associated with your hotmail.com email address.

  The sign in button wont push  just sits there. I have signed out and in  I have uninstalled the program and re installed. nothing is working,  over half of my videos are in the sky somewhere but I can not get to them thanks
