Save This Video button shows 'No videos to download on this page' and 'No videos found at that web address' for all attempted videos. About shows Version 18.1.19.201. Tried the instructions for Delete Browsing History several times. Tried instructions to restart modem and router. The issue remains.

  Can you please let me know which web browser you use to download videos? Can you also please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and look for a file name videodl.exe. Can you please right click on it and go to Properties. We would like you to click the Details tab and let us know what the Product Version is?
  
  Please note: It should be 2020.01.24

  In addition, please provide us with a sample URL so we can test it in-house.
