downloader not working
hello,
my downloader is not working. i have done what you suggested (see below) in other posts and it still does not work:
"Can you please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and look for a file name videodl.exe. Can you please right click on it and go to Properties. We would like you to click the Details tab and let us know what the Product Version is?
Please note: It should be 2020.01.24
If it is not this version, please follow these steps to update your Downloader.
1. Type Internet Options in the Windows search bar or open Internet Explorer and click Internet Options.
2. Under Browsing History, click Delete and Delete again when prompted.
3. Click OK and close Internet Options/Internet Explorer.
4. Open one of the web browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge) and go to YouTube.com.
5. Click the Download This Video button. (You will still receive "No videos to download" message at this time)
6. Close all Windows and restart your PC.
7. Go back to your web browser and download a video. (You should be able to download videos again)"
what do i do now??

Can you please us know what version of videodl you have?
We have noticed that for some reason the website you are trying to download from thinks that you have downloaded many videos. We are not sure if you are being one of them.
Can you please follow these steps and let us know the outcome?
1. Turn off your modem and wireless router.
2. After a minute, turn your modem first.
3. Wait for all the lights to be back up on your modem.
4. Turn on your wireless router and wait for all the lights to be back up.
5. Restart your PC and connect to your Internet.
6. Attempt to download a video and let me know how it goes.Also, do you have other PCs in your network? If yes, is it working on them?

i have version 2020.01.24. it's funny but that is around the date that my problems started! i followed your steps and it did not help. just a bit more info, it does download some videos very sporadically, maybe one out of 20. for the videos it does not download, for a millisecond it tries to download and then immediately goes to "Unable to download". is the 2020.01.24 version causing this? should i go back to a previous version? this is very frustrating. also, i do have the premium package.
