Realplayer Downloader

Everytime I am useing realplayer download on youtube it is opening then freezing at the bottom of the screen with just the top border show which is completley dead no matter what I click on it is not working.

 My Relplayer Version is 18.1.19.201

  Please install the latest version of RealPlayer from www.real.com.

  The latest version has many bug fixes which includes the Downloader issue as well.

  Please let me know if you have further issues.

  Hi Just to let you know I followed your instructions, and downloaded the latest version of RealPlayer and all is now okay and working well.
