i can't see the video picture i can see the name but no picture

can someone please contact me about fixing this problem i can't see any face in front of the video when i download it it will play fine but i cant see the face on any video that i play just the name under the video it shows no face i need to do a remote session and i can explain it more better thank you email rltlibra41@aol.com
