i try to download a file, it appears to download but then when it finishes it says it can't download the video 

i have cleared my history -- i am using chrome

i have avast and malwarebytes for firewall

  Please follow the instructions from the below link to update your RealPlayer. This latest version fixes many issues including downloads.

  Also, please make sure RealDownloader and videodl.exe is enabled in your firewall programs.
