Cannot Search

Search/Record Function Not Working.  Wrote Real Player about this some weeks ago and Real Player wrote back saying they knew about the malfunction and would notify me when the problem was resolved.  I never heard back.  How long does it take?  Is it really worth having Real Player when they don't fix the problem for weeks at a time and don't communicate with you?  I'm just saying...

  Searching and downloading content can also be done with a web browser. Like we promised, we will send when the issue is resolved. It is still being worked on.

  I hear you, you look back on some of the comments regarding not being able  to search from a month ago and they tell you the same thing and yet they haven't fixed the problem. Let alone send an e-mail that the problem is fixed. Have people upgrading and paying just to find out you have the same problem. I have been using REAL PLAYER for close to 10 years and about ready to look else where.
