Imposible descargar

Cuando le doy click al botón de descargar video, inicia la descarga normalmente, pero al finalizar se detiene y despliega un mensaje que dice Imposible descargar. 

Intenté uno de los consejos que aparecen la comunidad, pero no funcionó.
