Recognizing REAL
I'll begin by saying I love REAL for what I use it for. Very, very happy. 10 year customer.
I recently downloaded a couple of videos that I wanted to load onto a thumb drive and play on another device. The thumb drive appears to accept the REAL uploads. But, it actually doesn't. It doesn't recognize REAL.
So, I decided to convert these REAL downloads using a paid for piece of software I have. It, too, would not recognize REAL. What do I do....specifically....because I'm running out of time.
Thank you

When you download videos using RealDownloader, they are usually in the MP4 format and are stored in your PCs hard disk. To transfer these files to your USB (Thumb) drive, you will need to manually copy from your PC folder where the file is located and paste it into your Thumb drive. That being said, if thumb drive is not allowing files to be copied over, it is an issue with your Thumb drive and has nothing to do with RealPlayer or Windows. Here are some instructions which you can use to transfer.

Lastly, you could format your thumb drive and transfer files. It is possible a bad formatted thumb drive.
