Problems playing and burning DVD's.

My downloaded movies keep stopping during playback. I keep getting the following error message when burning: end of file: error parsing ac3 audio stream

  Can you please follow these steps before burning to a DVD?

  1. Open RealPlayer.

  2. Right click on the video you want to burn and choose Edit --> Convert.

  3. Convert the file to MP4 format (even though it may be in MP4 format).

  4. Once the file is converted, add the newly converted file to your DVD burn.

  If the issue still persists, please let us know.

  Josue,

  Can you please ensure you are signed into RealPlayer with your email address associated with your account. Signing will activate your Premium features which includes DVD burn. If you are signed in and it still says disabled, please let us know.
