I recently bought a new laptop. I have  Real Player Account. I downloaded Real Player, but my old music and videos did  not transfer into my new computer. How can I do this?

  Installing RealPlayer on a new computer will not automatically transfer the files over. You will need to manually transfer the files from your old computer over to the new computer using a USB drive or a flash drive.
