Not downloading tried it all. An update came to my other computer and it solved the problem but I can't get it on this computer I need both working leg problems hard to get around.
Sorry I put it all in the title. Is the new update going to work on this computer. Is the new update going to work for all the updated computers??? I got it on the other computer but not on this one. Please I need both working, Thank you, love real player.

Paul, thanks for your encouraging words. Can you please let us know how you are downloading videos? Are you using the Web Videos tab or a web browser to download videos?
