Downloading videos from Web Videos site

RealPlayer will open for me. However when I go to the Search for Video box in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and type in the name of an artist or song title and click on the name the RealPlayer screen goes to a screen that shows local ads but does not download the selected video.

Sometimes the RealPlayer screen will say "downloading" or "download" but it hasn't even done that in several days.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled RealPlayer four times since this problem began a few weeks ago.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
