burning dvd's

I am unable to burn DVD's.  It seems like the procedure is working correctly, but then the message "end of file error. parsing ac3 audio" appears and the burning failed.  Please advise how to correct this problem.  Thank you.

  You are seeing this error because some codecs used within the video is not compatible with RealPlayer. You could follow these steps as a workaround.

  Use RealConverter and convert the video to MP4 format (even if it is already a MP4 format) 

  Add the converted MP4 file to your burn list and burn the video.

  If the issue persists, please let us know.
