no videos at this address

I was able to download videos from youtube this morning. I upgraded to the $24.99 option and installed the software. Now I can't download from youtube. I have Edge and Windows 10. Please advise on how to get my system working properly. The test worked.

  Can you please let us know the following?
  
  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and look for a file named Videodl.exe. Right click on this file and click Properties. Once in that window, please click the Details tab and let us know what version you see there?
  2. Please provide us with one sample URL of the video you are not able to download the video.
