burning dvd's

I am unable to burn dvd's.  As soon as I start burning, the message "end of file error parsing ac3 audio" appears.  How do I correct this problem, or is there a new software version I can install?

  Please convert the video you are burning to MP4 (using RealConverter) even though it is already a MP4. Once you do this, please add the converted MP4 to your burn list to burn. If the issue persists, please let us know.

  Difficulty burning playlist to DVD. What does Unknown error 2131042562 mean. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the program with the same results.

  Rick,

  This error usually indicates that either your DVD disks or your DVD burner is faulty. This is more of a hardware error than a software error.

  Try using a different set (different brand) of DVD disks. You could also use a different DVD burner software to test if the burner is faulty.
