RealPlayer Does not work

I have Wnidows 10 and upgraded my RealPlayer. It still does not work. When I enter the artist I am looking for or an URL, it does nothing. I want my money back but I don't suppose that will happen. The least RealPlayer could do is have a help chatline. Oh well, $25  wasted.
