downloading
I use to have real player before and I could download any video I wanted. I paid for my subscription and now I can hardly download anything. Is there a fix here or do I cancel my subscription?

this has been a problem for over a month.. I don't think they know what the problem is.. they try to blame you- tube etc. but you can download on any other site. I don't think they know their ass from a hole in the ground

Can you please let us know the following?
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and look for a file named Videodl.exe. Right click on this file and click Properties. Once in that window, please click the Details tab and let us know what version you see there?
2. Please provide us with one sample URL of the video you are not able to download the video.0 -
18.1.20 is what I have. As far as downloading the only things i can are bullshit videos

This is not the version number we are looking for. Please follow these steps correctly and you will find the version number of videodl.
