problems with youtube and pictures not displaying for video's

I saw that thing about RealDownloader. I have to go to my apps hit Realnetworks then click on Realdownloader Is this the right way to do it or should it just appear at the top of the screen? Next, I'm having problems on youtube downloading music videos Other videos download fine. It says "unable to download" Then the pictures for the videos don't show just a blue and white box so how do I fix this? Finally in private mode the videos aren't clear, grainy. I'm using the newest version so I thought that feature would improve the video quality Thanks for your help

  You should see the downloader button only if the video is being detected. Sometimes even when a video is playing, depending on the Internet speed and the bandwidth allotted to you by the website hosting videos, you may not see the video being detected.

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl.exe and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

  Regarding your private mode videos, can you please confirm if the regular videos in your library play properly as compared to the private videos?
