memory allocation error

I converted the videos I wanted to download to rphd format.  All appeared to transfer successfully, but when it came time to burn, I got a general message "memory allocation error".  I would like to be contacted by a representative.  Things haven't burned properly since downloading updates.  contact by phone - 573 881-4844 or email to set up a remote session..
