account notification
I received an e mail asking me to update my payment information . Nothing has changed, I was billed 04/27 like every month, then a second e mail with the same request came .My payment information has not changed, what else am I supposed to do?

We sent you an email because we were not able to charge your credit card for the monthly fee. We see that your credit card company has not allowed the transaction to go through. You will need to contact them and ask them to allow the transaction to go through.
