Realplayer/Realtimes Facebook Integration

Hi I'm a computer technician working on a clients laptop that uses Realplayer as his media manager where he shared family photos to Facebook. Over the past few weeks the option to share to Facebook from the share button in the application is not longer appearing, he has the options for email, twitter, link and embed. I have went into his account settings and tried to connect to Facebook again from there however I receive an internal server error.

He pays the yearly premium subscription and find this feature valuable. Could you let me know if Facebook integration is broken from within the app?

  This feature has been removed within RealPlayer but you can still share videos to Facebook by going to the web app.
