Installation on a MacBook Air

Trying to install the software on my MacBook Air.  Says "error not found" or installation failed.  

 

I purchased the $9.99 per month 100G plan. Need to use it right away to edit YouTube videos already published. I own the content.

  RealPlayer is not available for MACs. It works only on Windows. This is why you can't install RealPlayer on your MacBook.
