    Did you create the account with a different email address and did you pay for a RealPlayer version previously?

    If you haven't paid, you are free to create a new account and continue to use Realplayer.

    Anyway, please let us know.

    We see that this account was created on the 1st of June, 2020. We don't see any other account under this email address. If you ever paid for the Cloud service, please let us know.

    In 2018, we sent a series of emails to all our free users that we were removing any files stored in the Cloud. The series of emails were sent out over a span of 6 months. We felt that giving 6 months to our free users was ample time to give notice.

    If you had a free account under a different email address, there is no way to retrieve them.
