    Is there any specific error message you see when you upload photos to your album? Can you also please confirm that you are signed into your RealTimes account?

    Am signed in the my account , I have been successfully transferring photos for weeks, then suddenly , nothing happened and the photo would not upload, no message at all and eventually a red bar appeared at the bottom of the photo saying timed out !

    I have now signed in twice and there is no change and items cannot be uploaded. The first time I resigned in the basic format changed from the old black and white background to the new light blue, which showed I had not signed out for a very long time. Also I have been uploading onto cloud almost on a daily basis and I could see no reason why it should have stopped. There is plenty of storage left in my account.
