yes im having trouble downloading videos can someone check it out for me when i try to download it tells me unable to download i tried what you said delete the tracking cookies that did'nt work i restarted the computer that didn't work so can you take a look at it for me

  Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.
