Cannot download videos from you tube or real player

In the past I could download videos in real player. I've upgraded to the latest real player and still can't download. Then I started downloading videos thru you tube for real player and that last for a couple of weeks. Now I cant' download from either. Can you help me with this? My email is elvisfuller@att.net

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?
