Real Player slow when trying to navigate

I posted a question before about why my RealPlayer is so slow, the answer I received was to go clear the history or cashe but there is no internet option tab anywhere. I am using version 18.1.18.11

Could this be the reason it is so slow? plus I noticed it is 32 bit, not 64. 

Can someone explain to me where the options for the internet is in the realplayer window
