cd-r best format

hi,

please tell me what the best format (mp3, wav, realaudio 10 or realaudio lossless)

is to burn onto a cd-r on my premium realplayer to give me the best audio quality.

  MP3 is the latest version for music files. It is compressed, smaller in size and retains most of the quality. This is the commonly used format.

  Uncompressed audio formats like FLAC and WAV (lossless) are supposed to have the best quality but it all depends on how and where you sourced these files. You can always have a bad quality FLAC and WAV files.
