email and password
Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought real player earlier and upgraded it also. However, my email ID, at that time, was "av_sathe@vsnl.net" and it is no longer available to me. It is likely that , for sometime, my email ID may have been "arunsathe2@gmail.com" or "avsathe2209@gmail.com". I , now find that I am unable to connect up with my original account. I request you to connect me up, so that I do not have to purchase real player once again. Please reply at the earliest.

We don't see a paid account under any of these email addresses. Do you have an alternate email address used to purchase RealPlayer? Do you remember when you made this purchase?
